Based in Denver and serving families nationwide, I provide flexible, personalized care for both singletons and multiples—ranging from traditional hourly support to live-in 24/7 roles with travel.
As a Master Newborn Care Specialist®, Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified Infant Feeding Counselor, I bring years of experience and extensive specialty training to every family I serve. My practice blends evidence-based expertise with compassionate, respectful care, honoring parental intuition while helping families feel confident and supported.
I believe that nurturing both babies and parents with responsive routines and thoughtful guidance creates not only peace of mind, but also a calm and confident beginning to life together.

I’ve been working in childcare since 2013, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
My passion is providing parents with the tools, information, and support they need during the fourth trimester, and being an instrumental part of increasing their confidence as a new parent. I pride myself on my adaptability to support the needs of a new, or changing, family. My postpartum practice focuses on maternal and infant mental health, respectful interactions, and respectful parenting; practices I incorporate into my personal life.
